Meet Marcus Shearer

Owner and operator Marcus Shearer grew up right here in The Dalles and graduated from Wahtonka High School in 2002. After high school, Marcus pursued technical training and attended A&P school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduating in 2004 and earning his A&P license.

That background built a strong foundation in detailed, safety-focused work—skills Marcus brings into every backflow test: careful inspection, accurate documentation, and a commitment to doing the job right.

A family tradition of hands-on work

Marcus comes from a family of builders and problem-solvers. His family’s local sprayer business, Shearer Sprayers, is known in the community for hard work and dependable service. That same mindset—show up, do quality work, and stand behind it—carries into Shearer Nsaniti, LLC.

Looking ahead

Shearer Nsaniti, LLC is more than a business—it’s a long-term family goal. Marcus is proud to be building something that his two sons can grow into overtime, with the hope that they’ll join him in this new adventure and thrive as the company expands.

Meet Zero (“Z”), our mascot

If you see a friendly mini blue heeler around, that’s Zero—better known as “Z.” He’s the company mascot and an important part of the Shearer Nsaniti, LLC crew. Z brings energy, loyalty, and a little extra personality to the workday—and he’s always ready to greet customers (from a respectful distance) and ride along on jobs.
