Hours of Operation & Scheduling Policy

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and is closed on major holidays.

If your backflow test is due soon, we recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak season.

We can complete your annual backflow test up to 60 days before your due date,

helping you stay compliant and avoid last-minute scheduling.

Note: Some water systems track due dates differently.

If you’re unsure of your due date, we’re happy to help you confirm it.

The online calendar is for appointment requests only and does not guarantee availability.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.

We can also set you up with a professional recurring annual test date, so you don’t have to rebook each year.

Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays

will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.

After-hours and emergency service may be available by request and

may include an additional fee, subject to technician availability.

This visit is for backflow testing, which is required annually for many properties connected to city water.

To help us stay on schedule, please:

Provide access to the device (gate codes/keys if needed)

Clear the area around the assembly and secure pets

Share any special instructions for locating the assembly

After testing, we will either:

Submit the results directly to the water purveyor (when accepted),

or
Provide completed paperwork for you to submit, based on your local requirements.

Cancellation / Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to help us keep the schedule running smoothly.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
