Shearer Nsaniti, LLC operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Closed on major Holidays

The online calendar is for appointment requests only and does not guarantee availability —
appointments are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.
Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be reviewed
and responded to on the next business day.

After-hours and emergency service may be available by request and may incur an additional fee, subject to technician availability. 

Cancellation / Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to help us keep the schedule running smoothly.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
